Joker costumer cards

Joker offers two types of customer cards, providing various benefits to the visitors of gambling sites and sports bars.

Rules:

• The card is issued free of charge at the gaming hall bar based on a completed and signed “Client Identification Form.”

• The card is valid at all Joker gaming halls and sports bars.

• The card is registered to a specific individual and must not be transferred to third parties.

• The card is active from the moment of issuance.

• The card is issued by a gaming hall employee.

• Card benefits apply only to the cardholder.

• Card benefits are applied when the client presents the barcode on a smartphone or the physical card.

• The card is the property of SIA JOKER LTD and must be returned upon request.

• The company reserves the right to cancel the card without notifying the cardholder.

• In case of loss, theft, or discovery of the card, please report immediately by calling 27031111.

• Free coffee and tea

• Slot machine reservations.

• Storage and transfer of cashless funds

• Accumulation of slot machine bonus points

• Accumulation of land-based betting loyalty points

• Discount for billiards

Card cancellation and replacement:

The card will be cancelled if:

• it is transferred to third parties;
• the card usage rules are violated;
• the VIP cardholder no longer meets the VIP status requirements;
• the card is lost or damaged.

Lost the card?

In case the card is lost or damaged, go to any sports bar or gaming hall, re-fill the application form and show your ID. You will receive the new VIP card within three days.
