- Show an ID
- And receive the customer card instantly! The card is issued free of charge.

- Discounts at the bar starting from 10% (excluding tobacco and promotional items);
- Slot machine reservations up to 2 hours;
- 10% discount for billiards;
- Free coffee and tea;
- Collect SynotTIP land-based betting points which, having reached a certain amount of points, can be exchanged for money.
How to become an owner of the Joker VIP card?
- Use the Joker customer card for at least 2 months.
- Gamble with an average bet of at least 2.50 EUR.
- Visit the gaming hall at least once a week.

Lost the card?
In case the card is lost or damaged, go to any sports bar or gaming hall, re-fill the application form and show your ID. You will receive the new VIP card within three days.
